Return Policy
At Sportz Nutritions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. Please read our detailed policy below for more information.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for defective or damaged items.
2. Exempted Products
Certain products or items may be exempted from returns or refunds. These products will be clearly identified to you at the time of purchase. Please check for any exclusions before placing your order.
3. How to Request a Return / Exchange

4. Return / Exchange Process
Once your return or exchange request is approved:
- You will need to send back the product/item to us.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return or exchange request.
- If your returned product passes our quality check, we will proceed with the return or exchange in accordance with our policy.
- Damaged and defective products replacement will be processed with in 5-7 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once the return or exchange is approved and the product has been received, we will process your request as soon as possible. You will receive an update via email once the request has been processed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that there are certain items that are non-returnable or non-refundable, as outlined at the time of purchase.
